Summary

0010177: MIDASdesktop - synchronize a MIDAS database locally

Description

We would like to be able to use MIDAS much like a dropbox, where a local replica of part or all of a MIDAS server's data is kept locally in a SQLite DB, which can be synchronized with the remote server on demand.

The client needs to be able to authenticate users to the server as well.

This should be integrated with the MIDASdesktop GUI to provide side-by-side views of the remote and local trees, as well as with the MIDAS CLI.
