0011966: Integrate with git

Description

1) Ideally, the testing system would pull from a repository and run tests.

2) Until the full git integration is implemented, a github repository should be setup to allow everyone who wants to use git for the IJ to at least push their work to a centralized place.

3) At the least, a "git repository" field can be added. I currently just put the link in the abstract, which is not a very "standardized" thing to do.
