0012663: Install guide: unicode characters

Description

On page 2 of the installation guide, the sample paths for the R_HOME and PATH do not actually match the default installation location for R, despite looking superficially the same.

A user may try to copy and paste this text when setting the environment variables.

2 issues:
* "program Files" uses a lower-case "p"; this is not a huge problem, since Windows path lookup is case-insensitive

* The hyphen in "\R-2.13.1\" is not a true "-" hyphen, but a Unicode 'SOFT HYPHEN' 173. This will cause the path lookup to fail if copied-and-pasted.
