| Summary | 0001269: Data left out of rendered Micro-CT images | ||||||||
| Description | As the number of loaded Micro-CT slices increases, more and more data gets left out of the displayed images. The gray (i.e. not pure black or white) pixels disappear first. If you load enough slices, you will only see a stack of pure white images. Changing the threshold/opacity settings does not help. | ||||||||

There was a bug in the scalar range setting for CT images - this has been fixed which I believe will solve this issue reported here. |
