0012729: Add properties to Views.

Description

From Brian email - July 19th

  - Add another QtPropertyBrowser to display these.
  - Each View would have its own property state. They would also inherit the Analysis properties of their parent, if relevant.

For this feature, i propose to wait for a use case.

  - When a new view is created (as described above); prompt the user for properties, as Analysis do now.
   - Examples of view properties:
     * "X-Axis PCA Component"
     * "Pathway name to display"
     * "Superimpose clustering circles (on/off)"
