| Description | Some KEGG pathways have incomplete reaction information for some compounds. In these instances, there are compounds with unknown producer or consumer reactions. While these compounds will appear in the hand-drawn pathway map, and the compound information will reference the pathways, the KGML of the pathway does not reference the compounds in question, as they have no associated reaction. |
| Additional Information | See screenshot for an example: path:ko00310 has an unknown reaction that produces Glycine. Glycine's internal information will list it as a member of this pathway, but the pathway KGML will not reference Glycine. |
