| Summary | 0012769: Display cluster tree and heatmap side by side | ||||||||||||
| Description | Brian> Most significantly, we still don't have a cluster tree at the edges of the heatmap. This is the BIG feature of having a cluster heatmap, and which would make ours look like the one in http://www.cs.uic.edu/%7Ewilkinson/Publications/heatmap.pdf. [^] However, generating a properly scaled and aligned tree graph would be too much for me to attempt for the upcoming release. Unless someone else has a very quick fix, I think that the team's remaining resources would be better spent on other features. | ||||||||||||
