0003621: Mailing list - bug tracker syncing

Description

"One site, one password" principle says that integration is needed between the mailing list e-mail address/password and the bug tracker. It is natural to expect that the same pair would work for bug reporting.
At least, mention clearly that the mailing list password is not usable for bug reporting and the users need to obtain another one.
