Summary0000501: support node and/or cell labelling
DescriptionNode or cell labelling is very important in debugging UnstructuredGrids. VTK supports it well with the vtkLabeledDataMapper.

In ParaView, I can only make it work "by hand", creating the LabeledDataMapper and Actor via the Command Prompt and adding it to the Renderer.

I have added an XML description for vtkIdFilter. Works fine. The same cannot be done for vtkLabeledDataMapper, see the error below:

LabeledData0 GetNumberOfOutputs
    Returned Error on line 1:
Object named: LabeledData0, could not find requested method: GetNumberOfOutputs

Could you make this available? Doing it via the Command prompt is very tedious.
