0006332: XDMF Reader Fails If Strides Not 1

Description

Reading an xmf file with one grid (structured 128x128x128) and several scalar node variables works fine when the strides are all 1. When any stride is set to 2 the error shown in "Addl Info" is displayed. Changing the stride back to 1 restores things.
