0006620: Individual marker template file can't be assigned to a Micron Tracker tool

Description

In the current Micron Tracker implementation, all marker template files are preloaded during the initial setup phase. For the purpose of consistency with the other trackers supported in IGSTK, indivdual marker template file should be assigned to Micron Tracker tool instead of loading all templates at once.
