DescriptionI'm attempting to configure ITK 3.10-1 on Windows Vista using CMake 2.6-2 and generating a Visual Studio 2008 solution; this fails with a series of configure errors.

I've attached a zip file with screen captures of the error messages.

 This is not directly an ITK or CMake problem, but a well-known problem with Windows Vista User Access Control (UAC).
