Summary0008813: Give "Rebuild" and "Clean" options useful functionality on the ZERO_CHECK project.
DescriptionIn Visual Studio 2008, when I right click on the ZERO_CHECK project and select "Rebuild", I expect it to force CMake to regenerate targets and parse all CMakeLists.txt files again. Optionally it could clean the cache first and then run again. "Clean" should be able to have some functionality too, such as deleting the cache, or setting a flag that causes the next "Build" to force a re-run of CMake to generate targets.

I think you are confused with ALL_BUILD. ZERO_CHECK is an internal CMake thing, that checks to see if cmake should be rerun.
