0009816: Link to go to previous submission/next submission

Description

Hi,

in cdash there are links "Previous" and "Next", which move one day in the given direction.
Now if this is a project where not everyday builds are submitted, there may be longer periods without submission.
Right now I have to click "Previous" repeatedly until I find the last submission.
It would be nice if there were additionally links "Previous submission" and "Next submission", or if "Previous" and "Next" would instead of going one day in the given direction, directly jump to the previous/next day which has a submission and skips the empty ones in between.
