[CMake] Lacking documentation for cmake -E option

Hi,
I'm reviewing the documentation here:
http://cmake.org/cmake/help/cmake2.6docs.html#opt:-E

Where is the detailed documentation for each of the -E commands? For
example, I need documentation on how to use "-E environment". If someone
could provide a URL that I could bookmark for future reference I would
appreciate it. Or at the very least, provide the detailed documentation on
the cmake documentation website I linked to above. I'm assuming this website
is the most reliable and most up-to-date source of CMake documentation for
each official release.
