[CMake] FindQt4 stubbornly finding Qt3

The problem (solved off list) was the CMakeLists.txt used to do a
find_package(Qt3), then it was changed to find_package(Qt4) without 
cleaning the cache.
I've committed a change to FindQt4.cmake so it gives a better warning/error.
