[CMake] bad redirect in wiki

Better get a wiki account, it's public :-)

But I already fixed it in the meantime. This page now redirects to 
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake:CPackPackageGenerators, and since it didn't 
have actual own content before, I also removed the link to it from the main 
page.
