We have a static copy of the source in our SCCS, so we don’t need to fetch etc.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>What we’d like to have happen is have the code compile if and only if the output libraries are not present.
