We are considering this kind of solution. However we then lose
the ability to remove these files on uninstall. We also feel
this is mixing application development with deployment. <br>

I think there might also be a related problem if the installer would
install files into the user's home directory.<br>
If one user installs and another user uninstalls those files can
probably not be removed.<br>
