Summary0015336: When property USE_FOLDERS is ON, the generated VS solution is not sorted propertly
DescriptionWHen I turn on the USE_FOLDERS property, via
set_property(GLOBAL PROPERTY USE_FOLDERS ON), and set the appropriate property on each project, the folders are not added to the top level solution in a sorted manner.

Also, the projects themselves are not added to the folder in a sorted manner.
Steps To ReproduceRun cmake on the attached project

 Im not sure about the VS inbetween, but this is NO longer an issue in VS 2013, as it sorts the folders for you, as well as the projects inside the folders.

But, it may be an issue for 2010 and 2012
